When will I move up on the Salary Guide?
Winter Course: December 1st June 30th July 15th  (if transcripts and tuition bill have been received) September 1st of following school year
Spring Course: December 20th June 30th July 15th  (if transcripts and tuition bill have been received) February 1st of following school year
Summer Course: March 1st January 31st February 15th  (if transcripts and tuition bill have been received) February 1st of following school year
Fall Course:           July 20th January 31st February 15th  (if transcripts and tuition bill have been received) September 1st  of following school year
*New Hire or Special Circumstance (i.e. Need for SWD Certification) may be exempt from submission of course approval deadline under Superintendent’s discretion.

 

Employees have two opportunities to make advancements on the Salary Guide per school year.  A sealed copy of your transcripts and a salary advancement form must be submitted to the Superintendent’s office for review.
